What is the delivery time?
A: This depends on the product in question. Normally, our production lead time is approximately 35-45 days after the sample is approved by you.
If you don’t need a sample sent to you for approval, delivery time will be shorter. We will quote you the lead time on receipt of your order.
What are the payment terms?
1) For orders totalling less than USD$3000: 100% wire transfer in advance.
2) For orders totalling above USD$5000: 30% wire transfer in advance, as the deposit. 70% balance with a copy of the bill of lading or open letter of credit AT SIGHT.
3) Small orders may be paid for via Western Union or Paypal.
From which port will our products be shipped?
A: 100% of our products are exported from Shanghai Port to all over the world.
Can we get free samples from you?
A: Sure! We provide free samples to allow our customers to check and test the products, if the sample’s value is under USD$20.
Above this value, you will need to pay the samples charge; but this charge will be deducted from the final cost if you place an order with us.
When it comes to delivery of samples, the best and fastest way is for us to send the sample 'collect' - this requires the customer to have an air courier account, and to provide us with that account number.
Customers without an air courier account will need to pay freight charges in advance.
